Hello!
I am confused, is retaking the same as resiting? if not which one would be better?
I am in year 11 and you may know that GCSEs are canceled, I am worried that I won't be getting high grades (like 7s and 8s) because of the teacher assessment. I was thinking if I could retake them again and get a high grade but I am stressed that it will affect me in the future, for example for university.

Retaking and resitting are the same thing I believe.
If it's a similar system as last year - you may be able to 'resit' them at a later point. Aren't they doing mini assessments for this year?
