Hi everyone,I've got a PGCE interview for secondary physical activity and it requires me to present a 3-minute presentation on a lesson idea. This PE lesson should be 20 minutes and specific for a year group. However, I have no idea what to include/do since its so short! What should I cover in 3 minutes. Im also not allowed to create a slideshow because they want to talk though my idea with the interview panel. Any tips/ideas will help!

A 20-minute activity likely won't be too complicated, so you can choose something relatively simple. In your three minutes explaining it, I would make sure to cover:

1) What concept / idea are you wanting the kids to learn in your activity?
2) How will you check that they have learned this?
3) How could you differentiate this activity? Is it accessible to all learners? Will it still be engaging for high achievers?
