Has anyone dropped from sixthform to college if so why and how much change is there?

Also is it better to resit year 12 or 13?

My friend did this and it changed her life a lot, not necessarily for the worse. You'll be stuck in your home town while all your friends go to uni. You'll have the opportunity to get better grades and maybe a better chance to go to the uni you want. Year 12 is probably better because it's less stress than having to do year 13 twice. On the other hand you might need to change colleges. It also depends if you want to change your subjects.

It honestly is really worth it if you don't think you'll get the grades for the uni you want. No point it leaving it until it's too late. Best of luck!
