I have a tough time conceptually understanding certain topics in a level physics, any advice as to how I can comprehend what acc goes on

Hi, I'm currently a year 12 in Physics alongside 3 other Science and Mathematics A-level. Understanding any science or maths can be hard but the best wat to conceptualise the topics is to understand what is actually going on and why that 'thing' happens. I would recommend watching series or youtube videos around the topic since the more you learn about the applications of physics and see the examples go down in day-to-day life, the more you will understand the actual idea itself.
