Will my bad junior cert results effect my application?

Im a leaving cert student in Ireland and barley did my junior cert because I had awful mental health issues at the time. I know its not an excuse for bad results but I ended up only doing 5/9 subjects and 2/5 were ordinary level. Its embarrassing because it doesnt represent me now as a student but my results for my leaving cert are predicted to be about 480 points. I cant even locate my junior cert results and am thinking of not including them at all.

You MUST declare all your awarded grades.
If your health affected your studies then ask your referee to explain that in your reference.
An improving academic profile isn’t viewed as a bad thing by universities!
