I’m struggling to make friends at my currently student accommodation. Halls are very lonely and I feel very isolated. Im currently keeping myself closed off and keeping to myself as i’m struggling and i’ve tried opening up but it’s made things worse. I’ve just moved in but i’m thinking about going home and staying home whilst lectures and placements are cancelled and online. It’s making my mental health much worse staying in accommodation, i’ve been given the option to change accommodation or go home but i’m not sure what to do. Has anyone been in a similar situation where they don’t get along with their flatmates?

IMO
if u tried and it didn't work try again
if u tried again, then allow it.
don't force anything, I think you are doing the right thing
everything falls into place eventually- so go with your gut feeling

its gonna be alright
