When I have 2 litres of yellow paint, I add 400 millilitres of blue to make green paint. How much blue paint would I need to add to 7 litres of yellow paint?

400 ml = 0.4 litres
then use ratios.

What do you have to multiply 2L by to get 7L? Multiply 400mL by the same.
