for someone who struggles badly in gaining weight has anyone got any tips?

i weigh around 40kg and im 15, female.

Spread out your meals and eat calorically dense foods.

Foods high in fat as fat has 9kcal per gram BC 4kcal for protein and carbs and fat is the most lipogenic nutrient, I assume you want to put on fat and not muscle. Stuff like nuts, nut butters, oils etc etc
