Why are the 'bad' cuts of meat so expensive nowadays?Watch
I'm talking lamb/pork neck bones, chicken wings, ox tails etc. I used to be able to get these all really cheap but in recent years the price has exploded. Why is this?
Anyone got good recipes for these or other unpopular cuts? I made some pork neck bones with potatoes, parsnips and carrots last night and it was absolutely delicious.
