law mods collections

hey everyone,
sorry for such a random and geeky queston, but does anyone know how to get hold of the 2004 law moderation papers (especially for constitutional) as although the law faculty website is letting me log in to the intranet from home with the password, it wont let me get to the past papers, which on other oxford sites says should be available to me. im so screwed - exams in a week and i havent started revision! oops. no excuse but i was away over xmas and ny and ive been ill since. Also, just checking its not a rumor that the collection paper is always the moderations paper from the year before?
If anyone can answer any of my extremely geeky questions i would be eternally greatful!
thanks

The OXAM site gives me the impression that you have to be physically connected to the Oxford network to get them! Whoops, really shoulda sorted it before I left!!

Anyway, don't worry about collections. Even if you do badly, the tutors will not be angry if you go on to do half-decently in the mods!

yup, you can't get access to OXAM away from the oxford network, so you'd need to find someone who is connected within the network to search for the paper, download it and send it to you.

The paper that you get given for collections is entirely up to the tutor who gives it to you, so i'd imagine all colleges give different collections and it's likely no-one but you and other students at your college could guess what paper might be chosen (unless law does something different) - some tutors have a habit of digging through the library for papers so old that they haven't seen light in the last 30 years or so....
PM me your email address and I'll send the 2004 ones.

I have the same problem with no access to the Oxford network. Thank God for athens is all I can say. (I am feeling like a geek having said that). Do people honestly not worry about collections?! Or is it like school where people say "Oh I've done no revision at all" and act supremely cool about everything when in fact, they've had their heads buried in books for months?! I've been revising constit for like a week now and feel totally unprepared.

You can get access out of oxford ... but you have to set it up while you are still in Oxford, so no good for now but you'll know for next time.

If you need more inspiration, I suggest Ally McBeal; there's hours and hours of those!!
Please please please don't worry about collections. It's difficult to imagine a more pointless worry

nah her outfits never match. how could I aspire to be like that?
And I guess Lucy Liu doesn't compell you to watch it either. Ah well :p:
