My best bench is 125 KG (competition style form), my best km is 4mins and if you mean bicep curl it's not an exercise to push too hard on wieght wise otherwise you could get an injury

For reference this after training for strength for a year and a half just after I turned 17 I weigh roughly 75kg.

Don't compare yourself with others, focus on getting the best numbers you can.

Yeah I believe the bench, but I don’t think anyone in history has ever had a simultaneous 120kg bench and 4 minute mile 🤣 km makes more sense

How the hell do you guys bench so high. I went from 20kg squats to 85kg in a matter of weeks, but I could never get past 45kg bench presses... apparently I don't eat enough?

Max was 150kg but I never really tried to go higher - I usually use the dumbbell press instead for chest at 45-50kg 8-16 reps along with machines. When the gyms are back up I'll see what max I can hit atm.

Before the most recent lockdown I was doing 145kg bench (flat) for 5 reps, was running 1 mile 5 times week in about 6 minutes comfortably --> guessing quickest could be about 5 minutes. Curling, I could do Z-bar about 40kg for 10 reps with ease, hammer curl about 40kg for 8 reps.

Bench press is a stupid lift because I am terrible at it. That is all. Deadlifts are much more preferable.
