Advice on choosing between Swansea Uni or Bristol UWE

I've received unconditional offers from both unis and I'm waiting for Cardiff uni to reply.
I will be coming from a small town and have always wanted to study in a city that has some more diversity (as I'm mixed) and opportunity as well as a decent nightlife and music scene (I am heavy into jazz, hip-hop, RnB that sort of thing). I've visited Bristol a few times and have a few friends studying in the city and I really like the location but the course in Swansea seems to be 'better' however I've never been to Swansea and can't visit due to covid so I'm pretty indecisive, any advice would be appreciated. Cheers!
