I’m currently in year 12, for the past couple of years whenever a teacher picks on me to answer a question even if I know the answer my mind goes blank, my hands start sweating and my heart pounds really fast. I really want to overcome this, what should I do. This year it has gotten worse

This sounds a bit more like general anxiety. Most people feel some degree of this when put on the spot.

I can interact perfectly fine with ppl, but when it comes to presenting to large groups I get anxious
