Maybe she was having a bad day that day maybe something happened like her boyfriend broke up with her or like her friend did not show to the party she planned for weeks it could be anything really why someone is having a bad day and takes thier grumpyness and anger out on you.

I would not say that maybe she could be struggling right now in her life and she could be taking it out in other people and not realizing she is doing wrong at this time and she may not really mean it.

Having a bad day, worried about family/other personal issues, unhappy with pay rates, fed up of a boring job, not suited to customer service.
