B450-F or B450-F Gaming II?

There's a website called SCAN UK, and they're basically selling the ROG Strix B450-F for £92. I'm wondering if the B450-F Gaming II at £120 (released in Oct 2020) with better USB ports, a BIOS flashback button and an M.2 heatsink) is worth the extra £25-30.

I'm need to use B450 because B550 doesn't support 2nd gen Ryzen CPUs.

The general rule with motherboards is that you can generally get away with buying the least expensive board with the features that you want. If that additional I/O and flashback support is useful to you, then go for it. If not, it's £25-30 that can be invested elsewhere in the system.

If you're getting a B450, the best and most popular is MSI Mortar, with Tomahawk close second.

Mortar Max is £80 on Scan. That's a STEAL.

Get an MSI MAX board. They Support Ryzen 3000 out of the box.
