Hi there! Thanks I can read most of it now [column headings still dull but I can guess them.
1. Evidence: absorption is greater with a) phosphate (to 5.8) b) glycerol (to 2.6) and c) addition of both (to 8.5).
2. addition of iodoacetate, by inhibiting phosphorylation stops absorption completely (last row/column has 0.0)

2. Enzyme synthesis [enzymes are what chemically? ................................go on you know this! - yes oc proteins - where are proteins made - come on out with it! --- yeah - ER]
3. If enzymes are secreted, where do they go from ER? Clue: they need to be packaged before extrusion from the cell - got it? Not yet - ok what lies between the nucleus and ER? Still struggling? What has a trans end and a cis end? Now you got it!! Good Golgi oc
