I’m quite interested in biology as well as biomedical science, pharmacology, and biochemistry (in in year 12 btw)

The careers that are most mentioned after these degrees is a research career, and for pharmacology, it would be working in a pharmacy. I am not well informed about what these careers actually entail, so if you are doing one of these degrees/ already graduated, I’d be really grateful if you could give me as much info as you can about specifically and realistically what your future research career would be, day to day responsibilities, or what working in a pharmacy is like.

Also, research work seems quite antisocial? Is it the right career to pursue if I want a fair amount of interaction in my career?

Thank you for your help!
