Which hospital training posts in GP training are best?

What do you think is the most useful hospital training rotations in GP training ? Commonly they are A&E , paeds, psych, obs and gynae, medicine or orthopaedics What is the most useful? I think A&E definitely. I really don't want to do paeds but can't tell if it will be really useful?
