Yeah, but it's like giving an iPhone 12 Pro Max to a 9 year old. I'd do that and end up changing my middle name to ******o.

As everyone above has said legally you can but it is going to cost a fortune even if its a parents car and you are a named driver. You can check insurance prices using a comparison website and get a quote in a few mins

Some buy their kids supercars when they pass their tests, with too many dying shortly after. Driving slower l, less capable, cars is an important step in being able to drive safely, IMO. Be safe.
