Do most International students who comes to study at top universities (Imperial, Oxbridge) pay the full international fees, or do the majority of them earn a scholarships. I'm quite curious on this because I'm wondering how on earth would most international students manage to expend an insane amount of money on both tuition fees and living costs.

most international students pay the full tuition fees, yes. when you compare the amount of scholarships available (a handful) to the thousands of international students this would be a wise assumption.

most international students i know have parents who paid for their education. personally relied on student loans. studying in the UK is actually cheaper for me than back home and the cost of living is the same; don't know what it's like where you're from.
