I have this plan that could help
Newson argues that people become desensitised to violence when watching violence in films and video games, so people become used to the idea of violence and don’t find it shocking anymore.
Therefore, audiences of violent films and video games may be more likely to engage in antisocial behaviour as they see it as the norm due to being exposed to violence in the media.
Supported by Bandura - children who were exposed to violent media were more aggressive and violent to the bobo doll.

Fesbach and Sanger - violent media gives people the opportunity to let out violence in a positive and safe way.
Catharsis= safe output of violence - prevents violence in real life.
Young - argues against Newson - people become sensitised to violence as media can increase the awareness of the consequences of violence and avoid crime in real life- the audience is sympathetic to the victims in the media.
