Write a method for an experiment to find out if water is pure
Are you in GCSE chemistry (separate science) by any chance? In that case I'm guessing it's on about the potable water practical.
-Check out the BBC Bitesize resources or simply google that practical if that is the case, its been a while since I've done it so I probably won't give the best advice for that.

Or are you in A-Level?

You can boil the water. Pure water will have a fixed boiling point at 100c whereas impure water will not
