Pending grades ucas application

I forgot to put my A-level subjects with pending results, which I’m due to take in summer this year. I’m a resit student from last year. So In my application, there’s only my bad a-level results and GCSEs. But I’m predicted the a level requirements for the courses I applied and my referee has put them. But I forgot to put my Exam centre and pending a level subjects. Would this cause a ruckus ?? My referee has put predicted grades in my reference but would unis care to look at it?
I made an enquiry to ucas regarding this change in my application but it’d take 21 days😭 And I emailed every uni I applied as well.
I emailed the one of the department at university and he responded saying he has forwarded it to the admissions team and he’s unsure whether changes can be made at this stage. I don’t know how to feel abt this?? Do u think it’s negative and would affect my application largely bcz I haven’t put my pending grades even tho my referee has??

I called UCAS but they said it’d take 21 days for the enquiry😭 Yes I will call unis tomorrow. Thank you for the response!!! I can’t find the admission contact number of UCL cuz yesterday I have called the wrong number and they told me to email admission. By any chance do you know the contact number of any of these unis?

UCL: 020 7679 2000 (its the only number given)
For manchester you have to call your department
QMU: +44 (0)131 474 0000
Edinburgh: +44 (0)131 650 1000

its the only number given sadly. I checked pretty much all of their site i think. People do mistakes all the time on their UCAS hopefully they will realise and it won't affect your application. I am sure it will be okay as luckily your predicted grades are in your reference. Just keep trying is all i can say. As at least it will look like you've attempted to fix it rather than just left it. They have loads of applications to go through so you probably have time anyway. sorry i couldnt be more help. I think normally it gets fixed anyway judging by other similar threads that have been posted on TSR.

Thank you very much! I think I found UCL admission number which was under one of their emails. Your words were very comforting! But in UCL website, it says no modifications will be made after submitting. I hope they will look at my reference atleast bcz I’m a resit student and hav my bad a levels from last year. Do you think I can fix this sooner than 21 days?

i have had emails back from unis sooner than what they say after enquiries. They just give you the 21day mark so that if they don't get back to you immediately they have 21days to do so. Obviously UCL is quite strict so i cannot comment however, i believe most unis will look at your reference and see what has happened. If you don't get into UCL then think about this: do you really want to go somewhere that doesn't even bother to acknowledge your reference properly? Whatever happens is meant to happen (ik thats really annoying to hear but i feel like it is true in instances like these).

Yhh Sadly it’s true😭 I can’t believe this had to go this way...I worked really hard to get my predicted grades and now my stupidity caused this😭 I actually did put pending grades and then removed it Because I got a warning saying I can’t add the ending dates myself.

I get that. Its really sad i know but once you are at uni, few years down a line, you will probably not think about it that much or hopefully be grateful it did because you enjoy what uni you ended up at. We also don't yet know what will happen it might get fixed. Try not to worry too much.

when they say they could take up to 21 days they don't really. I had to add my gcses to my application as I forgot to enter them when I was filling out my form, I emailed them the changes on Thursday and they've updated my application today!
