He’s probably more scared of his mums reaction than the government tbh
Apologies, you must be under the impression that the majority of people in this country actually still ‘parent.’

Welp.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-rudeness.html

Apparently he was simply trying to raise awareness of the plight of young people in lockdown.
And his playstation has been confiscated.
Lockdowns are causing more damage than the virus and that's what Whittless and Unbalanced just aren't getting. They are obsessed with covid and have lost perspective.

Christ Whitty showed great restraint - I expect he was quietly thinking about all the bad things that his influential mates will ensure happen to that loser who obligingly showed his face to camera
what exactly are they going to? ...nothing much most likely. What can they do? It's not like he hit him over the head with a crowbar or something. He just mocked him......

It seems the boys mother has taken his playstation away............., but that kid will be getting a huge amount of views/subscribers on his social media platform ...so it may just be worth it for him in the long run....

Found this on LinkedIn, for the same article posted. Thought it was funny:

The challenge for Chris Witty has been that he’s the medical/scientific spokesperson for a government that says they are following the science when they’re clearly not. Here’s what I imagine has been happening behind the scenes:
Whitty: Prime Minister, the scientific evidence is X which means we need to do Y. It’s very clear this needs to be our course of action with the health interests of the nation as our priority.
Jobhson: Well, errrr, ummm, Whitty, I’ve spoken to erm Rishi, Dad, Cummings and Carrie and I think we’re going to errrr try doing Z, it’ll be much bettter for business. So you’d better “find” the evidence for that and join me at 5pm sharp for a briefing to say so.

Poor fella has an impossible job. The government should have locked down earlier, harder, longer and we’d be out of this now just like so many other countries are. That’s probably what he advised. Give Johnson the grief not Whitty. He just needs to stop being the government’s medical poodle.

He's hardly screaming, but yeah agree with you it's not right confronting someone in the street like that.

The "health interests" of the nation covers more than just covid though. Lockdowns might help reduce infections, but they make mental health worse, more and more people are developing alcohol and substance abuse problems, the econmy is a mess which means less money to invest in those services. They are trying to improve health in one specific area (reducing covid cases) but as a result of that they are adversely affecting health in other areas. They're obsessed and can't see the bigger picture.

He did lie to the nation about masks but that doesn't excuse following him around.
I've seen old clips of real journalists doing this exposing conmen and crooks.

I found one. Roger Cook takes on a crooked antiques dealer and gets beaten. Chris Twitty got off easy.
