Does working out at the gym like lifting weights and all stunt my growth,im 16 ,at 5'4 and can lift about 40 kg

No, it will not stunt your growth at all . The truth is that there is very little that can be done to control your height. It is almost purely genetic.

The only thing that could stunt your growth would be a poor diet. Exercise isn't going to impact your height at all, and instead will keep you in a fit shape.
