As above, use that calculator and determine a rough estimate as to what you need - keep in mind, most calculators are only an estimate, and you should use your own experiences to determine how much you need.

I honestly wouldn't go down the calorie counting route.

You must know which foods go to making up a healthy diet.

If I were you, I would spend a month including as many fruits and vegetables as possible, plus porridge, wholemeal bread, protein, rice, baked potatoes, yoghurt, skimmed milk, all the good stuff.

Start taking a brisk walk each day.

That's the way forward.

Thanks but that calculator don’t say how many cals I need to loose , it just says to maintain I think :/

Eat 500 calories under your TDEE and you'll lose
it doesnt matter what you do, if you do cardio eat fruit or any of that bs if youre not eating at least 500 under your TDEE you WILL NOT lose any weight

I mean, you quite literally will lose weight if it’s even a single calorie under, just more slowly. There’s no magic threshold between 499 and 500.

Don't aim to be skinny, aim to be healthy. Underweight can be as bad as overweight.

People work better with exact numbers, if they dont have that they'll lose motivation instead of weight

Someone said 500 below your maintenance number, not 500 in total. Use an online calculator to get a rough estimate of your maintenance number then eat a few hundred less than this
