hi,
im doing an epq but im struggling to come up with a concise question. i was thinking of designing a modern day earthquake proof bridge, but im not sure how to phrase it. i know it should ideally start with "to what extent..." so you can argue for and against but im stuck.
anyone have any ideas?
also open to any other civil engineering projects, so if youve done one, could you send me your question
thanks in advance!!

thank you!
I have had an idea: "to what extent would it be easy to design an earthquake proof bridge in a megacity?"
I'm honestly not sure if that's a good question, it could be too narrow (or even too broad haha) and I need to check if there are enough articles and general evidence for it.
