Make sure to use a divider to separate you’re work into different sections - maybe have a binder for each topic with sections for your classwork, your notes, any practice papers you’ve completed and any resources etc.
And maybe some plastic folders to store any que cards you make for each subject - it all depends on what kind of things you need.
Also a checklist or a page where you can track the resources you’ve made (notes, que cards etc) and the revision you’ve done for each topic might help.
