Hi there . I am applying for the RAF and for the fitness test you need to be able to do 35 sit ups in a minute and currently I can only do around 30 and have been doing sit ups daily for months now. Any advice on how to improve this?

The RAF Recruitment website has a fitness plan, or Google RAF fit for action. It's a 12-week programme to get up to standard for the Fitness Test.

Be aware there is a TSR Armed Forces Forum, in the Careers and Jobs section.
