university choices.....

if i chose to study at sixth form and studies health and social care, law and sociology but can i at university study business management as i want to become an medical personal assistant??? is that possible or nooo

i really dont want to study the subjects i studied at uni as i really don't like them subjects but i really want to study something else??
hey! it's probably a good idea to check the entry requirements for the course which you can find on the website of whichever university you'd like to go to. most of the time you just need to do well in any three subjects- they don't always have to be related to the course. the a-levels you study don't always define your career, they just narrow the path down slightly. however, for some courses, they do require that you study specific a-levels but worst case scenario you'll just have to either resist a year with new subjects (if your school allows this) or you can pay to study an a-level at home. it's a good idea to speak to a form tutor, head of year etc. or get in touch with someone from the university. i hope this helps!

ohhhh ok thanks soo much for this it helps x also i will check tooo ,,
For Business Management you will need good GCSE Maths, and for some Uni, A level Maths.

If you want to work as an administrator etc in a medical practice, you do not need a degree.
Get an apprenticeship : https://www.nhsjobs.com/job_list/Apprenticeships/s10/Apprenticeships/d819
Or do a Business course at your local college : https://www.southstaffs.ac.uk/courses/medical-administration/
