I'm in year 11 now questioning what to choose for A-Levels. I'm quite interested in Psychology and International Relations in the long term. For A-Levels, I'm considering Politics, Psychology and History but I'm worried that if this is not a good idea as they are all essay based subjects. What should I do?

Hey
, as somebody who does more essay/humanities subjects (Politics, French & economics), I was worried about essay writing content but honestly I really don't think it has made a significant impact at all, the work load for any subject is going to be large - just non-essay subjects are 3 pages of several questions whereas politics is three pages of answering the same question. if anything the non-essay subject students complain more about how much work they have! do what you want to do because in the end, the subjects you pick are the ones you're stuck with for the next two years so they might as well be something you enjoy! - hope this helps
