sometimes you can't get rid of hip dips, your bone structure determines how prominent your hips and 'hip dips' are and you can't change that. what you can change is how you view them, start seeing them as beautiful and appreciate them!! you'll thank me later
obviously, if they're extra prominent due to excess fat you can eat in a slight calorie deficit and they'll be less apparent but you can't ensure they'll completely go away through fat loss as you can't spot reduce.
