Here's the issue I'm in university education(sigh) but the requirements you cannot be full time or part education when you start. I don't mind dropping out? Can I explain on my CV if get accepted, I will want to drop out of my education? Really hate this MSc anyway.

So long as you are not doing both simultaneously it will be fine. It would be a good idea to put it on your application or mentioning it in an interview.
