Basically the title. I've tried searching for methods but none of them seemed to work for me. Is there any good way that I can motivate myself to do work?

Stop looking at TSR to start 
Jokes aside, I've found watching Pomodoro sessions on YouTube really helpful, convincing myself I have to work for x amount of time then giving myself a break, but leaving the video running to keep myself on track to restart work again.
