If I were to do a 90 credit diploma for 2 years, would that mean Its an extended Diploma?

Your question doesn't make sense. An Extended Diploma is a 2 year full time course. If you pass the first year then you'll get awarded a 90 credit diploma as an interim award.
If you study a 90 credit diploma over 2 years then you'll still only have a 90 credit diploma but will be studying part time instead of full time.
If you study a 90 credit diploma over 2 years then you'll still only have a 90 credit diploma but will be studying part time instead of full time.
