Can someone elaborate on these questions

[The way I wrote these questions was the same way my food tech teacher wrote it]

How might the cost of the dish vary depending on which supermarkets are used?
Would many of the ingredients by store cupboard ingredients and therefore cheaper as only needs to buy particular ingredients?
