CIE As And A-Levels (accelerated 1 year course)

Hello everyone

I am having a bit of trouble entering my educational information into UCAS, and am hoping that some forum members might have some information that could help

I am studying towards three AS levels and three A Levels through Cambridge (CIE). I am studying through an accelerated one year course.

- I have no idea how my subjects should be entered into UCAS
- How would I assess if a subject has been or will be 'cashed in' ?
- Do I enter As and A Levels, or only A Levels?
- Does anyone know why CIE is not on the list of 'Awarding bodies' ? Is 'OXF&CAM' the eqivalent?

Thanks for any help!

14 YEARS LATER. I just want to know how you handled it because i'm facing the same problem right now
@PQ may be able to assist with this one.
You need to check with your centre if both AS and A levels will be cashed in - most will just cash in the A level if you're studying in a single year.

There's a specific Qualification type for CIE A and AS levels
Use that and list the Awarding organisation as CAIE

An international A level is not the same as a UK A level - that's why the awarding body isn't on the list for UK A levels
