Hi guys, was just wondering if there's any advice on this stage in the kpmg recruitment process. I'm aware there's a group stage, individual reflection, and interview but what can we expect within the stages and what are they measuring the criteria against?

Group stage overall will look for your personal accuracy in discussing the task, the thoughts you bring to the table, how you communicate and work together, but also take initiative, and there's more info out there, e.g. I found more on a site called graduates first. Not much idea for individual reflection, but be honest, critical and positive I would say (and use evidence)! I hope that helps a little.
