Would 60 minutes a day on the treadmill for 3 months show results? 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon of running on a decent speed?

Depends on your diet. If calories out isn't greater than calories in, you won't lose weight, and calories in need to be healthy, balanced meals or you will make yourself I'll when you start exercising.

I'm not fitness guru but if you run for 60 minutes a day you will lose weight unless you're really over eating
