Application process - portfolio

Hello, I'm an international student, applied through UCAS (before the deadline - 28.1), but I haven't received any welcome emails from the university, as opposed to other unis, such as Bournemouth or Norwich.

And so, I am not sure whether I missed something in the application process. From my understanding, I will be asked to send a portfolio (applying for animation), but when and how? Does Hertfordshire not have their own applicant platform and will notify me through UCAS?

I don't mind waiting, but I'm growing anxious I missed something important.
Hello! I'm international applicant too. They will send you an email in a week or so saying that they need you to submit your portfolio. They will list all the steps on how to do so.
