ACA Starting salary

Hi,I'm currently negotiating a starting salary for a graduate trainee ACA role, I'm in my final year at a Russell Group uni. The role is in a small (15-20) accountancy practice in a town 2 hours out of London. Could anyone give me an indication of what a reasonable starting salary would be for this role. I initially said no lower £18,000- although I'm now wondering if I should have asked for more. Advice would be greatly appreciated.

London Big 4 audit grad = ~28k
Manchester Big 4 audit grad = ~24k
Given it's a smaller audit firm, and not in London.... a number below 25k would be market rate
After your ACA... expect your salary to jump 10-20k or you're getting shafted
