Hi - My 6230 phone's loudspeaker is working at present. I can hear people, vice versa, but when e.g. i receive calls/text or even when i want to listen to radio on loudspeaker it doesnt work. I know its not because the profile is on silent or anything like that..........anyone know?

    thanks

Don't know about the 6230 specifically, but many Nokia (and other) phones have 2 speakers in them - one "earpiece" for calls, the other "loudspeaker" (often on the side/back) for radio, ringtones etc. Sounds like the latter one is broken.

i don't think you can listen to the radio on loudspeaker. my friend has a small speaker she plugs into the phone to listen to the radio aloud.

You can, you just need to plug the headset in as it acts as an aerial, for nokias n e way

You will never hear your ringtone/text tone out of the loudspeaker though - it's only for during calls if that's what you mean...

the 2 speakers; check theyre both broken

when you get a call press More > Turn on Loudspeaker; or something like that.

thats the loudspeaker that plays radio. it might just be that you need to put your headset in to use the radio on loudspeaker?
