I think the best way to tackle this is to work smarter.
What I find really beneficial is to do solid 25 minute sessions with no distractions and no music – simply focusing on the work in front of you. Honestly, you’d be amazed at how much you’d get done!
It’s a great idea of making a list of tasks, but I think a great little addition to that is to prioritise which tasks need to be done URGENTLY, and which ones can wait. Time management is a great skill to master early on, so it’ll definitely be beneficial! 😊
