yes because of all the things that were invented in the the industrial revolution such as syringe and the microscope, which were instrumental in being able to see diseases, and figuring out the cause of disease. also led to louis pasteur's idea of the germ theory, which helped joseph lister to develop antiseptics, it confirmed john snows opinions about cholera and it also explained as to why the people with poor living conditions were most affected with disease
