Online Masters in Education - Education Technology

I've been working as a Primary School teacher in International Schools many years now and have directed by career towards Education Technology.

I want to now study an ONLINE MASTERS in Education - With a focus on Education Technology.

I have identified some Online Masters in Digital Education....For example from:
University of Edinburgh
Leeds University
Nottingham University
University College London

The UCL Masters seems the most related to Education Technology - Does anyone know about any others related Masters or good options?

From the ones I have identified does anyone have any experience in doing an Online Masters with these universities and has any advice or recommendations? Best platforms etc?

Im finidng it difficult to decide.
