hi so I think I struggle with disordered eating but I can't tell my mum as she's already in a lot of stress and wouldn't really care anyway. so I was wondering whether there was any methods to help overcome it. at the moment I eat 800 calories and have been for 3 weeks and before that about 1000, and I'm finding it difficult to go over it.

First thing is try to avoid counting calories. It’s a hard habit to shake. If you can’t shake it try looking for recipes online that are healthy but filling also to give you full calories but in a healthy way
