I've been eating around 1,500cals for a few months and I've lost 11kg (currently 59kg/166cm). Recently I've found myself a bit more obsessed with food and grazing a looot so I'm probably eating an extra few 100 calories.
Would it be worth me going on a 'diet break' (I say diet but I'm not on an actual diet per se) and eat at maintenance/100 under maintenance for a week and then go back?
