ATP biology question a level

A teacher told his questions that the human body makes the equivalent of its own mass in ATP every day. Explain why, at the end of the day, only a small proportion of the student's mass was ATP. (2 marks)

Isn't it because ATP cant be stored so it's an immediate source of energy so it used up throughout the day?

yes ATP is constantly being produced and broken down, so you only ever have a few seconds store of ATP in your body at any one time
