i got my helix pierced about a year ago and have had a keloid ever since that starts to go down and then gets inflated again and i’ve changed the stud to a hoop to give it more room to heal or something because the stud was getting pretty tight and i’ve pretty much tried everything but i don’t want to have take the piercing out and i was wondering i’ve anyone has experience something like this and has any advice or tips. Appreciate it

Can you add an image of the concerned area? Bit difficult to tell - could be an infection?
