Hello
I have problem .
I’m in year 1 student at Brunel University.
Yesterday I had found out the student finance didn’t paid any fees to my university so they sent me invoice of 9250£.
I had phoned SFE this morning and they said the tuition fees had been removed from my account so I’m eligible to pay for Uni.
I had received a letter from SFE on 28th January saying the I’m eligible for Tuition fees and Maintenance Loan.
So my question is what can happen if I can’t pay the fees from Uni?
And also I want to hire a lawyer to see what legal action I can take against Sfe ? As they let me go to Uni and now they don’t pay any fees .
I’m so frustrated now.
What the legal actions can take Uni against me if I do t pay the fees?
Thank you everyone for answering me.

Did SFE say why they weren’t paying your fees?

They said because I’m on second degree but in all this time they had sent me confirmation letter with maintenance loan and tuition fees so I’m very confused now because they haven’t payed any fees to the Uni .
